Computers in Cabs: Dangerous or Necessary?
September 28th, 2009The use of on-board computers in commercial trucks has become a hot debate as safety advocates push legislation that would essentially outlaw them. However, many in the trucking industry claim the devices can be used safely and pose much less of a risk as cell phones and other similar gadgets.
Truck driving jobs require such technology in order for truckers to stay in communication with dispatchers, update employers, and get driving directions. What do you think?
